What does Lost in Transition mean?
When I started the website I was 19. I knew the
decisions I made at 19 would effect me for the rest of my life. I felt the
website could reflect the transition of a teenage boy becoming a man and
everything lost in between.
Why KellsFetish.com?
Besides the obvious fact that the website is
based primarily on my ideas, I thought bringing the term "fetish" into the web
domain's name would generate more interest. The term "fetish" usually associates
with pornographic material, however in this case it's complete opposite.
Whenever I advertise the website's address it tends to peak the interest of the
potential reader and by doing so it becomes synonymous with my name at the same
time.
....wow I should of went to school for marketing.
What is 4.0?
Since the beginning of this website I've had 4 different layouts. This
is the 4th installment.
What is LiT?
LiT = Lost in Transition.
Do you still offer a KellsFetish email service?
Yes.
What happened to your portfolio section?
I don't think the portfolio section was ever really appreciated, and
with that said I didn't update it as much as I should have. Who knows, it
might return....but not for now.
What happened to your video section?
A lot of friends, and especially mentors warned me about the content
featured on the videos. Although nothing was illegal, it wasn't in my best
interest to keep the video section alive. The video section definetly will
never return.
What happened to your guestbook?
The guestbook will return in 2009.
I tried to post a comment but I'm having problems,
can you help me?
Read this very carefully.....YOU ARE AN IDIOT.
Posting a comment is about as easy as sending an email. If you find yourself
stuck, it's simply because you're computer illiterate.
1) You don't need to register to post a comment.
2) You can select the anonymous option and no one will know your identity.
3) You can post your name without registering, just select the "Name/URL"
option. The URL part is completely optional.
You deleted my comment, why?!
As long as you follow the rules, I won't delete your comment. The rules
can be found right above the submit button in the comment box.
I read the comments and it seems like things get a
bit hostile at times, why is this?
Every blog/post creates passionate opinions from
the readers. At times those same opinions stir up a little controversy. I try my
best to control the hostility between readers however my past failures in mediation
seems to be a reoccurring event. Regardless, I
don't take anything personal.
It's obvious some of the readers that comment know me personally. That has absolutely no bearing on my opinion. We can debate extensively online and go out for beers afterwards. It's all in good fun.
Do you have a MySpace page?
No, I've never really been interested. I do most
of my social networking offline.
Do you have a Face Book account?
No, it's been deactivated for years.
Do you have any children?
No.
Why do you badge all of your pictures with "Kells" or
"KellsFetish?"
Years ago I had a problem with a couple of morons stealing pictures off
my website. It got so annoying that I decided to start tagging my photos
with my name or website.
You never talk about your current or past
relationships, why?
I'm pretty private when it comes to my marital
affairs. There are some things that are better left unsaid.
I'm a 22 year old foreign model from Brazil. I
think my boyfriend is cheating on me, what do I do?
Awww...I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps we should meet up some time and discuss
this in further detail. I'm a great listener.
I'm a guy with the same problem, what do I do?
Ewe....go away.
How long does it take to for you to make a post (Blog entry)?
Generally speaking I tend to brain storm on different ideas and topics whenever
I get a chance. A lot of the ideas don't make it to the website because they are
either not well thought out, or perhaps a bit too over the edge. As far as the
physical submission of the post, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2
hours.
I visit your website quite often, does that mean I
have a fetish?
Yes - you're a naughty naughty person. You deserve a spanking.
What's the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact me is via email. All my
emails are forwarded to my BlackBerry. I usually respond to
emails within 24 hours. Outside of email, Blackberry Instant Messenger is
another form of contact I use on a daily basis.
We've lost contact for years, is it
alright to contact you via email?
Outside of the most extreme cases (funeral
arrangements, business ventures, etc.) it's probably not a good idea. If we
haven't spoken for years it's probably not by accident.
I need a little help designing a blog, can you help me
out?
Sure, not a problem. Just make sure you contact me via AIM (AOL
Instant Messenger), and I'll help you out. Please don't expect me to
design your entire blog, I don't mind helping out but don't take my kindness
for weakness.
I see you have a BlackBerry Pin under your contact
information,
what's that?
Every BlackBerry mobile device is given a specific "Pin" number to share for
multiple reasons (too many to mention). Pin numbers are perfectly fine to
share with others, and shouldn't cause any concern.
With a BlackBerry Pin you can use BlackBerry Messenger. BlackBerry Messenger is an instant messaging service that BlackBerry offers to all of it's customers with internet access. There are tons of features such as voice notes, instant picture messaging, and group chat that BlackBerry Messenger offers. I use this form of communication on a daily basis. It's great for businesses, or contact with distant family members.
You think you know everything don't you?
Why yes I do!
