LiT's 4.0 Proves To Be Just As Useless As 3.0

Well here's the new layout, Lost in Transition 4.0: "My Life Is An Open Book." The entire layout is suppose to give the feeling of reading a notebook. From the paper background, to the random doodling. I could of added a lot more, but I was running out of ideas and time (didn't think I'd meet the deadline). I'm somewhat pleased with how it turned out, I wanted to keep things as simple as possible. The color scheme is going to take a little time to get used to, but it shouldn't be a big deal. Let me know what you guys think. If you've been around long enough to see previous layouts then please let me know which was your favorite. Here are a couple of reminders of my previous designs. Now that I'm done with my own project it's time to get serious and work on several other projects that require my full undivided attention.

A 24 year old woman from Colorado won $2.4 million on her first trip to Las Vegas recently. Just more proof that there's perfectly nothing wrong with gambling.

I feel horrible that I couldn't make one of my best friend's wedding recently. I hear the entire wedding was wonderful. Regardless of my failed attempt to make it to the beautiful cermony, I still send my love. Have a great homeymoon guys!

I've been thinking about getting a new pet lately. I've been looking at rabbits, and they seem pretty cool.

I want to give a big shout out to former Chicago DJ "Crazy Howard McGhee." McGhee was a local DJ on Chicago's WGCI radio station for over 10 years. He was recently replaced by Steve Harvey in 2007. I had a quick talk with him recently when I bumped into him at one of his local businesses. I was very vocal in expressing how much I enjoyed his radio show for years while driving to school in the morning. He told me outside of his businesses in Chicago that he's now featured as a radio personality on a radio station in Miami. We exchanged information, and hopefully I can get "Crazy" to come to LiT and give some of his hilarious commentary.

Alright it's Friday night and I have to run. To be honest this post was completely useless. It was more of an excuse to launch the new layout. I'll be back within the next couple of days with plenty to talk about. Until then, kick rocks!

Final Thought: Creativity comes from within. Everyone has unique ideas, it's up to you to bring them to light. Whether it's music, writing, graphic design, web design, or even paintings - it's imperative to share your gift. Remember, a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
