Kells Spotted Selling Food Stamps on Ebay To Help Generate Income
So by now I'm sure you've heard that America is near a recession. Gas prices are at an all time high, unemployment is rapid, and people are even losing their retirement pensions. It's so typical to blame President Bush, but the recession can be easily contributed to millions of undeserving Americans who've applied and received car loans, credit cards, and even worst - homes. Most of these loans have turned not profitable for lenders because of the overwhelming debt and collections. For some strange reason American culture teaches people to live beyond their means. These actions have caused the value of the US dollar to decline and have a ripple effect on everything from a gallon of milk to utilities.
Recently President Bush came up with an idea to flush $700 billion into the US economy. The U.S. government will use this money to purchase assets from private holders on Wall Street. This money will help generate credit for financial institutions such as banks. Credit is a influential component for the U.S economy because without credit, banks can't provide loans.
Remember those U.S stimulus checks the government used to help the economy months ago? Well it looks like the Government wants their money back. All $700 billion will be taken from tax payers. There are currently 305 million people in America. Tax payers (excluding retirees, babies, illegals immigrants) can expect to pay $2,295 per person. Yes that's right, like a family member with a drug habit the US government has asked for it's money back...with interest. The saying "nothing in this world is free" is an understatement.
Congress is currently debating this $700 billion bailout proposal. There's a lot of risk considering if this plan fails then the economy can be severely damaged. Possibly worse than ever. If Congress decides to vote yes on the idea, then the proposal will be put into immediate action. The ultimate decision can have a negative or positive effect on the upcoming election in November. Democrats are expected to vote yes, while Republicans seem to be waiting on McCain to make a decision. Only time will tell if this idea is a success.

My friends claim I have some pretty filthy living habits. I slightly agree because I'm busy a lot, which doesn't leave me time to clean up. I wish they were more understanding when it came to my living conditions. I wonder what will they say when I finally get that pizza vending machine I ordered months ago. I bet they'll overlook the small things then.
I'm really enjoying the wedding themes I've been seeing lately. It seems like wedding planners are being very unique these days. The traditional weddings are a thing of the past; it's now time to take chances. Even if it means utter ridiculousness.
Final Thought: Now that we know the US Stimulus Checks were completely worthless is it safe to partially blame Obama? Unlike McCain, Obama was very outspoken on the idea to generate the economy by passing off stimulus checks to anyone eligible. In fact McCain thought the stimulus check idea was so trivial that he refused to vote on the idea all together. I hate to say it, but this is great for Republicans. They have yet another blemish to point out on Obama's record. Let's hurry and get this guy in office, we don't need anymore blemishes.
