Ohio State Trooper Craig Franklin thought it would be funny to send pictures of him in his uniform pretending to be a member of the Ku Klux Klan. The pictures somehow were anonymously sent to the Administrative Unit of his department. When asked about the pictures, Craig said it was just a joke that he picked up from a Dave Chappelle skit.
